Why women love men that do Kegels (Increasing erection strength with kegels)
You have probably heard of the word “Kegel” before and if you are wondering what the hell a “kegel” is I am happy to help you out. Kegel is a name given to an exercise that will
- Increase erection strength and quality
- Help with ejaculatory control
- Provide more powerful orgasms
- Provide more pleasure to your partner
- Improve erection angle
Yes, you have been missing out on these amazing benefits. The good news is you can start doing Kegels today and shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes of your time.
Kegel exercises are not a new discovery and have been practiced for thousands of years by both Tantra and Taoist traditions
What do Kegels do?
Kegels strengthen your PC and BC muscles. As you work with the PC muscles you’ll become more aware of all the muscles in the region. The muscles of the pelvic floor aren’t just active muscles. You can use your PC muscles actively to stop urinating. But the pelvic muscles perform this function naturally to hold urine back in the first place, which is why weak muscles can lead to urinary incontinence. In a similar fashion, they help keep blood in the penis when aroused.
You can actively contract your PC muscles during sexual activity for various reasons, including delaying ejaculation, but the other benefits come naturally. Stronger muscles in the region will help for a longer lasting erection and a better erection angle. These pelvic muscles regulate the flow of urine and contracts during orgasms.
When we experience an orgasm our PC muscles will contract causing our penis to move in an up and down motion. The stronger our PC and BC muscles are the harder our muscles will contract thus your penis will move with more force during ejaculation. This will be felt by your woman especially if you cum inside her. It may even lead to simultaneous orgasms.
If she cant feel you cum inside her that is a sign of weak Pc muscles.
How to perform Kegels
I started doing kegels when I was around 15. I don’t even think I read about them I just figured it out myself. I just pictured it as a workout out for my penis. And that is one way you can view it “A workout for your penis”. I suggest you design your own routine that is comfortable for you. There are no specific rules or ideal sets of Kegel exercise to be performed by everyone.
Men who do Kegels on a regular basis suggest starting with 20 contractions per session and performing it twice daily while working way up to 100 per day for a span of 1 and a half months, or 6 weeks.
Remember by training your PC and BC muscles you will
- Achieve strong pelvic floor muscles
- Increased blood flow to the penile area improving erection quality and full ejaculatory control
- Help increase sexual pleasure for you and your partner
There are 3 types of kegels
Squeezes – Are when you contract or squeeze the muscle for around 1 to 3 seconds and then release. These are great for beginners. Do 30 to 100 reps, 1-2 sets per day. It’s good to alternate between quick Squeezes and holds.
Holds – Just pretend you’re trying to stop pee from flowing out of your penis. Here you squeeze and hold your PC muscle firmly and hold it for as long as you can. If you’re just starting, you might only be able to hold for a couple seconds, that’s okay. Build up as you would any exercise. Do just 5-10 of these per day.
Reverse Kegels – This is an advanced technique which will be discussed in another post.
Tips for doing kegels
- Start the first week doing the exercises with a flaccid
- After the first week, you can try kegels with an erection
- Don’t start too hard or too fast as this may lead to fatigue and erection problems
- Always have 3 rest days a week
Kegels During Sex
Your kegel muscles should be relaxed during sex. But if you are caught off guard and come real close to ejaculation then doing a kegel squeeze can help stop you from ejaculating.
If you are a bit of a deviant like myself and you have well-developed PC muscles you can do Kegels while you are inside your woman. If you have a decent size girth she will feel the movement inside her vagina walls. Depending on the position it may even put more pressure on her g spot and orgasm zone.
If you are with a long-term partner and you cum inside her having strong PC muscle will cause your muscles to contract more and your penis to move with more force during ejaculation.
This means your women can feel you orgasm intensely which can increase her arousal or even lead to simultaneous orgasms.
If you feel like your erection quality isn’t as good as it should be I would highly recommend starting a Kegel routine. Not only will it increase your erection strength it can help with your sexual performance by increasing the duration of sex.
