There are many dodgy supplements promoted online claiming to cure erection dysfunction instantly. Most of these supplements are scams targeted towards men in need. I have gathered to what i believe to be very reliable safe supplements that have been clinically proven to aid in the process of providing healthier erections or libido. Here are 5 supplements for curing erection dysfunction.

Icariin (Horny goat weed)

Icariin is the active ingredient of horny goat weed that is responsible for  its circulatory benefits. Horny goat weed is another name used for Epimedium. The reason it gets called horny goat weeds is because as legend has it, a goat herder somewhere in the high elevations of China noticed some peculiar behavior in his flock. But the behavior only came about at certain times. The goat herder couldn’t figure it out. So he studied the flock until he discovered the secret. While no one knows exactly how the plant improves sexuality researchers believe  it probably works on the dopamine system in the brain which is very important to sexual functioning and libido.

These supplementst work in a similar fashion at increasing circulatory efficiency into the penis and reducing the stress hormone cortisol.
