There are many reasons why you would want to increase your semen quantity and quality, whether it’s to increase the volume of your ejaculation, to solve fertility problems or just to impress the ladies. The Number one reason for healthy men to increase semen volume

One of the most interesting reasons you should increase semen quantity is because it improves the power of your orgasm.  More semen equals more intense orgasms. When you achieve an orgasm, different muscle groups contract together at the same time, ejaculating as much semen as your body has ready. This means the more semen your body produces the longer your ejaculation will take therefore you will experience a longer orgasm.

 Avoid bullshit magic pills

You may have seen magic ejaculation volume pills advertised on the internet. The truth is these  volume pills are mostly nothing more than a cocktail of supplements that you can purchase at any vitamin store for 1/4 of the cost.

This post will look at the most effective supplements. First things first is you can increase your semen quantity by eating certain foods such as oysters, asparagus, garlic, pumpkin seeds, and bananas. If you want to enhance the effects of these foods then you should try combing one or two of these supplements provided below.

Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

This seems to be a point of interest for many people here. I know one of my main goals in performing PE exercises was to improve sexual health. Along with that was to increase the intensity of my orgasm and ejaculate. While I quickly discovered that Kegels could help generate more power behind my orgasm, I haven’t (thus far anyway) been able to find an actual exercise that increased orgasm intensity and load size.

So, I started testing supplements. This took awhile but I finally have complete results.

I gave the following supplements individually 3 weeks of continued use and then recorded each one’s effectiveness. I jerked off every other day (20 minutes of edging) and maintained a similar diet and water intake to the best of my ability. For health purposes, I only followed the recommended dosage with each supplement.

  1. L-Arginine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg

    Increase Amount of Cum: NO
    Positives From Taking: It may have increased erection firmness
    Any Ill Side Effects: None
  2. L-Lysine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg
    Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
    Increase Amount of Cum: NO
    Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
    Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – Light-headed 30 minutes after taking for about 10 minutes.
  3. Korean Ginseng: 500mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 1000mg
    Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
    Increase Amount of Cum: NO
    Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
    Any Ill Side Effects: Major – On 6 separate occasions, I developed terrible headaches.
  4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg

These results prompted me to do one more test. I tested all of the supplements that I saw good results with as a supplement stack. Lecithin, Pygeum, Zinc, and I added L-Arginine. I kept the same dosage with each supplement and tested this stack for 3 weeks.

And I have discovered the holy grail of orgasms.

The Cum Holy Grail
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

As a side note: After being on Pygeum for 5 straight weeks now, I leak pre-cum like a damn faucet. This stuff definitely activates the Cowper’s gland

As you can see most of the supplements mentioned below were in this self-experiment and some have had great benefits for this person and many others. Many of these supplements have been used for this purpose. Here is a detailed list of supplements that will boost your semen quantity and quality.

Supplements that boost semen quantity and quality

L-ARGININE

Simply put, L-Arginine is an amino acid that can be manufactured in the laboratory or synthesized by the body and sourced from different types of foods such as dairy products, poultry, red meat, nuts, and fish. This fashionable supplement is said to have a plethora of benefits for men.

This amino acid is also said to boost athleticism as it helps build muscle mass, improve blood pressure, speed wound healing and enhance memory. Moreover, the L-Arginine-based nitric oxide is said to play a supportive role in the cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems.

L-Arginine increases the desire for sex or libido in men. Some surveyed individuals have also reported that this supplement also gives them more endurance and stronger and explosive orgasms.

Other individuals claim that L-Arginine supplements can boost fertility in men. This is so, especially for men who have reported low sperm counts.

Researchers were able to prove in the 1970s that the supplementation of Arginine can help increase a reduced quantity (count) of sperm in the ejaculate. The dosages given to the subjects in these studies ranged between 4g and 8g per day. Caution: If you contain the herpe complex L-Arginine supplements  can negatively affect herpes and cause an outbreak.

 Korean Red Ginseng

Ginseng is probably one of the most talked about herbs on this website. Which is most likely because its works for various sexual related reasons and also it one of the most clinically studied herbs to date.

A powerful herb, ginseng helps in improving libido, cardio vascular health and testosterone. It is also considered to promote sperm production and increase semen volume.

(studies) show ginseng is found to improve the sperm quality and count of healthy individuals as well as patients with treatment-related infertility. These effects are found to be mediated through induction of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activities and NO production (1) . NO is also closely related to sperm function.

Maca Root

Maca is a powerful Peruvian herb which is known to really boost semen volume. It also has a positive effect on sperm production. In a double-blind 2002 study, researchers gave 57 men either 1.5g maca, 3g maca, or placebo. The men received the supplements daily for 12 weeks. After 8 weeks, men in the two maca groups reported heightened sexual desire (study).

Maca is also known to improve prostate well being, reduce cholesterol and boost energy, vitality and stamina.

Horny goat weed

Also known as epimedium, this herb is known to have a powerful effect on the sexual desire of both men and women. Horny goat weed is also known to increase testosterone levels. The active ingredient in horny got weed “Icariin” is known to boost erection strength and skyrocket nitric oxide production. Increase in sperm production has also been noted by users although there is a lack of evidence to support these claims.

Although Horny goat weed is good to increase erection strength but due to there not being efficient studies about this herb in relation to increasing semen, I would recommend selecting other herbs such as Korean Red ginseng or Maca instead.

Pygeum

Pygeum herb is derived from the bark of the special evergreen­ tree called Prunus africana that grows in mountainous regions of Sub­-Saharan Africa. The herb might have been known among natives of southern Africa–having used it to support the bladder and urinary tract–as early as the 1700s.

It is used to improve urinary health/prostate health, but is also known to help the volume of male ejaculation. Reviews from all over the web and forums claim this herb is guaranteed to improve semen volume. It is So, effective that it is reported to dramatically increase pre cum amount and frequency to a point some users find it to be a problem.

Lets not forget this herb is also great for prostate health. I have not yet used this herb but definitely will give it a shot especially since it’s not very expensive (Supplement link).

Lecithin

Lecithin is a fat that is essential in the cells of the body. It can be found in many foods, including soybeans and egg yolks. It has been seen to prevent the build-up of fats and bad cholesterol in the walls of the heart, the arteries and the veins, thereby promoting good cardiovascular health. Apparently some porn stars eat a large amount of egg whites to increase their ejaculation size. Which makes sense since eggs whits contain Lecithin.

The male semen actually contains large amounts of lecithin. Supplementing the diet with soy lecithin has been found to increase the volume and amount of prostate secretions so that the volume of the ejaculate is increased consequently.

 

Zinc

Zinc supplements are one of the micronutrient supplements that actually work. And there is one simple way to know if Zinc supplementation is working for men. If you are taking zinc supplements your ejaculation size should increase by a noticeable amount.

A lack of zinc in your physique can lead to decreased semen quantity and sperm count providing rise to fertility problems. One small study investigated how different dosages of zinc, including “depletion” doses, might affect young men. Men were given 5 different strength of zinc dosages. Each of the five dosages was taken for 35 days straight. At the study’s end, researchers found that, compared to the highest dose (10.4 mg), the lowest dose (1.4 mg) was linked to decreased semen volumes and lower testosterone levels. Researchers concluded that even short-term zinc depletion seems to drain T. (study).

Quick Tip:  Drink plenty of water

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!  A large percentage of semen is water, and when there isn’t enough water in the body, it can limit the amount of semen the body produces.

Conclusion

If you dig deep into forums and clinical research these supplements are the main ones that constantly get mentioned as the go to supplement for enhancing semen quantity and quality. To reach healthy levels of zinc you dont need to take supplements. Although taking supplements will increase your ejaculation amount and promote faster sperm recovery.
