In my last post “10 Ways To Increase Semen Volume And Quality“ I mentioned how I take zinc in supplement form and how its one of the only micronutrient supplements I find effective. Especial if my diet hasn’t been up to scratch.
Zinc is important to a mans sex drive as it helps manufacture testosterone and helps prevent a low sperm count. “Take note of this guys”, Zinc is lost on ejaculation, since sperm needs this mineral to swim towards the egg.

If you have a low protein diet beware low levels of zinc which can be the cause for a variety of health-related problems. Zinc is a key mineral that cells use to metabolize nutrients, Immune function, DNA cell division and protein production are all related to zinc levels in the body.
If you have zinc deficiency you may suffer from symptoms such as hair loss, diarrhea, impotence, eye and skin conditions, loss of appetite, development problems and weight loss.
As I mentioned having a low protein diet can cause you to have zinc deficiency also other factors that can contribution to having low levels of zinc are gastrointestinal diseases, eating disorders and a vegetarian diet. Also unfortunately high levels of alcohol consumption can lead to zinc deficiency.
Having a high protein diet can do the trick I would recommended on having 0.7g of protein per 1 pound of body weight. Now if your are a vegan I would highly recommend you becoming a master at knowing the nutrient value of everything you eat. For an adult male, 11 milligrams of zinc per day is considered the ideal amount to consume.
Having healthy an amount of zinc is an easy way to increase your ejaculation amount. It wouldn’t surprise me if porn stars consume high amount of zinc in supplementation form before making a movie.
A 2009 study published in “Nutrition Research” hypothesized that due to zinc’s important antioxidant role, a deficiency would increase oxidative damage and promote lower quality sperm.
If you want to keep it as natural as possible you can just do what I do and only consume it in a supplement form after having sex.
