In my onion the PDF is too short.
Focuses too much on a 24 hour fast. Would be good to see more discussion on 16:8 or 20:4 fasts.
Not enough discussion on meal timings and macro-nutrient splits.
I am a little biased as I practice intermittent fasting on a regular basis. I heard about intermittent fasting many years ago although It took many years before I would attempt fasting correctly.
EAT STOP EAT is the book I wish I read many years ago to save me from confusion about fasting. Due to being such a dramatic lifestyle change it may take several attempts of fasting before you get the hang of it. Which is fair enough as long as you dont give up.
Fasting does help me lose some of that excess body fat, but to be honest I dont fast for weight loss. When I fast I feel lighter, more energized, stronger and have less mental fog. And when I do want to lose weight fasting makes it possible without the headaches of counting calories.
Besides the excessive up-sells EAT STOP EAT is the perfect introduction to fasting for beginners and has the potential to change your life forever. For these reasons I give this book 5 stars.
