How this cheat sheet is meant to be used

Print the cheat sheet and do your best to complete all steps daily. At the end of each week total up your daily check list score. Your aim is to improve this score every week.

Now do the same with the stars that track how you are feeling. Total up these stars weekly to get a better understanding on how your body is reacting to these tips. If you notice an event that has lead to an unnatural rating on a day don’t forget to record it in the notes section.

The star rating in the stress column should be calculated as 1 star equaling 5 points and 5 stars equals 1 point. So if you felt extremely stressed one day and tick 5 stars your rating for that section would be 1.

1 glass of 100% concentrate pomegranate juice

Forgot those pills! Pomegranate juice is one of the most reliable libido boosting juices in my opinion and its 100% completely natural. Don’t just take my word for it. Pomegranate libido benefits have also been proven in clinically studies.

Antioxidants contained within pomegranate juice increase the blood flow in the body (to areas such as the male genitals) and as a result it helps with sexual desire and performance.

Studies also show evidence that pomegranate juice can increase testosterone levels. A study performed in Edinburgh, UK by the Queen Margaret University gave pomegranate juice to 22 male subjects to find out whether there was any effect on the salivary testosterone levels of these individuals. Two weeks later the average level of testosterone of the male subjects had increased by 24 per cent on average. If an increase in testosterone levels can be achieved by drinking pomegranate juice daily then this might have positive benefits for men with low levels of test.  20 raw almonds

 Almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, and peanuts increase the production of testosterone and nitric oxide production. Studies have found that men who eat a diet high in monounsaturated fats, the kind found in nuts, have the highest levels of testosterone. Also Increasing nitric oxide production will improve your cardio vascular health and increase the amount of blood flow into the penis.

20 minutes of sunshine

When you expose yourself to some natural sunlight your skin makes large amounts of vitamin D. Testosterone levels in men’s blood rise accordingly with doses of vitamin D. Natural sunlight and a healthy diet are the best ways to achieve healthy vitamin D levels.

Drink minimum 3 liters of water

According to a study in the Journal of Applied Physiology. Scientists found that men who were dehydrated prior to a workout had lower T-levels, compared to when they had consumed plenty of water beforehand. The dehydrated lifters also had higher levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that may depress testosterone, says study author Dan Judelson, PhD. Weights session or HIIT 3 times a week

Lifting weights and HIIT are both great ways to boost testosterone levels and confidence levels. A study has proven that newbie gym goers that lifted weights three times a week for 4 weeks experienced  a 40% spike in free testosterone levels and a reduction of 24% resting cortisol levels. Eat 4 eggs

Eating eggs can help boost testosterone levels but it is important that you eat the whole egg. The egg yolk is the most important part. The yolk contains natural cholesterol, which is the direct precursor steroid for the production of testosterone.

Avoid trans fats

1 tea spoon Bee Pollen honey crushed with 1 clove of garlic

Garlic is one of the herbs that you need to be consuming every day. It has testosterone and nitric oxide boosting properties. Drink 1 apoptogenic tea with 1 tea spoon of coconut oil

Adoptogenic herbs have been used for thousands of years to help reduce cortisol levels and to treat adrenal fatigue. If cortisol levels are high testosterone production comes to a halt. By reducing cortisol levels and stress levels we allow for a greater production of testosterone levels. There is evidence that coconut oil is able to prevent oxidative stress in testicles thanks to its antioxidant effects, and therefore also preserves testosterone levels from oxidative damage. Black Maca root

Randomized clinical trials have shown that maca has favorable effects on energy and mood, and may decrease anxiety and improve sexual desire. Sleep 7 to 9 hours

A recent study by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute found testosterone levels dropped significantly in men who don’t get enough sleep—equivalent to aging 10-15 years. The study analyzed 10 healthy, lean guys, averaging around 24 years old. When deprived of sleep, their testosterone levels dropped by a whopping 10-15%. Fast for 16 hours (optional)

Practicing intermitting fasting is a great way to increase testosterone levels while getting into shape. There are many studies that support this claim.
