 Weight Gain

Go to your mirror and have a good look at your body. How much weight are you carrying around the waist area?

Weight gain is going to negatively impact your hormones, your internal organs, your blood circulation and your heart health. Which is not good for your sexual health and erection quality.

You need as much efficient blood flow going downstairs as possible.

Obesity lowers testosterone levels. For example, a 2007 study of 1,667 men ages 40 and above found that each one-point increase in BMI was associated with a 2% decrease in testosterone. In addition, a 2008 study of 1,862 men ages 30 and above found that waist circumference was an even stronger predictor of low testosterone levels than BMI. A four-inch increase in waist size increased a man’s odds of having a low testosterone level by 75%; for comparison, 10 years of aging increased the odds by only 36%. All in all, waist circumference was the strongest single predictor of developing symptoms of testosterone deficiency.

As a general guideline your waist size shouldn’t fall above 37 inches, aim for anywhere between 32  to 34 inches for a healthier body and more attractive physique.


Don’t ignore the facts,

According to a Harvard study which found that a man with a 42-inch waist is twice as likely to develop the problem as a gent with a 32-inch waist. Brazilian research also linked abdominal obesity to ED, but only in men older than 60. And a California study reported that having a BMI of 28 (overweight but not obese) increased a man’s odds of developing ED by over 90%.

Estrogenic Foods

You know what estrogen is right?

It’s the master female hormone.

The hormone production we want to keep at a minimum.

Now you know that we need to keep estrogen levels to a minimum, did you also know that there are foods that can promote the production of estrogen.

Yes, possibly the foods you are eating daily could be affecting your manliness.

3.) Conventional meat
4.) Conventional dairy
5.) BPA plastic and Teflon Pans

So besides removing certain foods from our diet one of the best ways to block estrogen is by eating cruciferous vegetables. This type of food has a high level of phytochemicals and works to block estrogen production.

Cruciferous vegetables include:

  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • cabbage
  • Brussels sprouts
  • bok choy
  • kale
  • collard greens
  • turnips
  • rutabagas

A majority of food supplied in supermarkets are chemically enhanced garbage. Look for fresh produce when possible You should also look at avoiding, refined oils, fake sweeteners and additives.


No more porn (dopamine overload)

If you are having trouble with your libido and erection levels you might not actually have a low libido but may be suffering from symptoms of porn addiction.

Porn releases endorphin’s within the brain providing similar feel-good feelings as doing drugs. Anything that releases endorphins is very easy to become addicted to such as porn.

The problem is the more you watch porn the more you desensitize your brain from real interactions with women. Your brain becomes so used to being rewarded with endorphin’s every time you watch porn when you do have real interactions with women you don’t respond as well due to your brain being desensitized.

So it’s harder to get turned on by real interactions with women.

Your brain can be so desensitized by porn that to get a good response from real situations you may have to perform fantasies and fetishes to trigger a sexual response. It’s like when someone is addicted to drugs and no longer gets the same high after using the same drugs for a while and has to increase their dosage or look for a new drug to provide a bigger higher.

So for your Libido and erection quality to be at the highest levels as possible you need to quit porn.

If you are always fatigue and have low test levels you need to at least have a high libido and be very sexual responsive to women.  (EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ADDICTED QUITTING PORN WILL SKYROCKET YOUR LIBIDO)

This is more serious than you think

I recommend all men to read the book “your brain on porn” even if you are not addicted. It will change the way you think about virtual stimuli for the rest of the life.

Here are some signs and symptoms of having porn addiction

  • Unable to maintain an erection during sex
  • Sexual tastes have changed
  • can’t get erections through thoughts/fantasies  and nonphysical contact
  • Not interested in interacting with women
  • Poor quality erections
  • Social closed off to others

Quitting is not easy

From personal experience I know quitting is not easy. The quitting process takes a minimum of three months and can be a very stressful but is a very rewarding process.  You will need help and support while quitting, the book I mentioned will answer all your questions.  It took me 4 months of quitting porn to fully restore my brains natural functioning and it was worth it. Here are some positive changes I noticed after quitting:

  • I was very sexual responsive to women even while being very tired and having minimal sleep, sometimes even after only sleeping 2 hours a night.
  • I would be turned on by just looking into a girls eyes
  • I was very interested in interacting with all women it was like my natural male instinct was kicking in
  • Found attractive qualities in all women even if they were average
  • Noticed women checking me out everywhere and all the time (this is a phenomenon to guys that quit porn talk about on online forums, it’s a mystery to me)
  • I would get erections before foreplay would even start whereas before I had to wait for more physical foreplay
  • Have increased energy levels  and  am more responsive to pleasure

 (If you relapse after quitting don’t stress, On rare occasions I will watch some porn usually with a partner and if I have any signs of symptoms of being desensitized by porn it will only take about 3 weeks of quitting to reboot my brain. Anyone that is truly addicted or has a poor sex life the minimum of 3 months of quitting is a must, or even better quit for life)

Smoking and Substance Use/Abuse

Smoking can affect erectile health because it affects blood vessels.Plaque narrows the arteries, which in turn decreases blood flow to the penis and stops the ability of the veins in the penis to expand during erection. Because of this, smokers are at a much higher risk of erectile dysfunction than nonsmokers.

I’m not going to lie, I love having a drink here and there but my binge drinking days are long gone. There are some studies that show the benefits of limited alcohol for your health, too much alcohol, and most definitely drugs, including marijuana, cocaine and amphetamine, can have an adverse effect on your erection and ejaculation. If you are struggling with ED, cutting out the drugs, smoking, and drinking may lead to significant improvements in your sexual function.

You don’t exercise

We know that good cardiovascular health is great for erection quality. The more efficient the blood flow downstairs the better and most likely you will be able to achieve hard and frequent erections.
